Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 26, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Sire Run, Inc. (“Sire”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use the Sire platform and this website, what we do with it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email [email protected].
1. Who we are
Sire Run, Inc. is a US company at 584 Castro St Suite #4211, San Francisco, CA, United States. We run Sire, a hosted platform on which businesses operate their own AI agents.
For your account, billing and usage information, we decide how the information is used and are responsible for it (the “controller”). For the content your organization brings into Sire through the tools it connects, we process that information on your organization’s behalf and under its instructions (a “processor” or “service provider”). In that case your organization decides what is processed, and privacy requests about that content should go to your organization first.
2. Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, password (which we store only as a one-way hash), organization name, role, and the invitations you send or accept.
Customer content: the information your organization’s agents work with, such as email messages, documents and records from the tools you connect, the instructions you give your agents, and the runs, approvals and receipts that record what those agents did. We also store the access credentials for the tools you connect, encrypted, so your agents can act in them.
Usage and log information: IP address, browser and device details, request and error logs, timestamps, and the actions taken in the product. We use these to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
Billing information: your plan, invoices and payment status. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Information you send us: messages to support, and the answers and website address you provide if you use our intake interview.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to provide and operate Sire; to run the agents your organization configures, including sending content to AI models and to the tools you connected when your agents act; to keep the service and your account secure and to prevent abuse; to bill you; to send you service messages such as sign-in, approval and billing emails; to answer your questions; and to keep the service reliable and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your customer content to train AI models. We do not use advertising trackers.
4. Service providers we use
We share information with a small number of service providers (“subprocessors”) only as needed to run Sire, under contracts that limit their use of it:
Cloud hosting: Google Cloud, which hosts the Sire application and its databases.
Email delivery: Postmark and Resend, which send the emails Sire sends and receive email addressed to your Sire agents.
Payments: Stripe, which processes subscription payments.
AI models: OpenRouter, which routes each model request from your agents to the provider of the AI model that serves it.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or of Sire, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply. Email [email protected] for the current list of subprocessors.
5. Cookies
Sire uses only cookies that the service needs to work. sire_access_token keeps you signed in; it is an HttpOnly cookie that scripts on the page cannot read. sire_locale remembers your language choice for up to one year.
We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
6. How long we keep information
We keep account and customer content for as long as your organization’s account is active. When an account is closed, we delete or de-identify its information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records longer to meet legal, tax, accounting or security obligations, or to resolve disputes. Usage logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
7. Security
We protect information with encryption in transit, encryption at rest for the credentials of the tools you connect, hashed passwords, and access limited to the people and systems that need it. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
8. Your rights and choices
You can see and update most of your account information in the product, and you can export your organization’s records from it. You can also ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, delete it, or export it in a portable format.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you may object to or ask us to restrict certain processing, and you may complain to your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete and correct the personal information we hold about you, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time the law requires. If your request concerns customer content that we process for your organization, we will refer it to your organization or help it respond.
9. International transfers
Sire is operated from the United States, and information is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.
10. Children
Sire is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Sire changes. When a change is material, we will tell you by email or by a notice inside the product before it takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
